JEUVEAU® Temporarily reduces moderate to severe wrinkles between the brows by stopping your neurons from instructing your facial muscles to flex.
Adults who have moderate to severe frown lines between the brows may utilize the prescription drug Jeuveau® for a brief period of time (temporary) to reduce their appearance (glabellar lines).
Jeuveau’s effects may last for five to six months. Again, this contrasts with alternative neuromodulators, which can only provide effects that endure for a maximum of three to four months. The longevity of the treatment results, like with any anti-aging procedure, varies from person to person.
WHAT IS JEUVEAU® COSMETIC

Jeuveau vs. Botox
The active component in Jeuveau and Botox is botulinum toxin type A. This neurotoxin acts by calming the muscles just below the skin. These kinds of injections give the skin a smoother appearance when used as a wrinkle treatment.
In 2002, Botox received its initial cosmetic approval. It is used to cure crow’s feet, horizontal forehead lines, and glabellar lines (wrinkles between your eyebrows) (wrinkles at the corners of your eyes).

Because Jeuveau has been available for less time, the FDA has only currently approved it for the treatment of glabellar lines.
Although the active component in both injections is the same, the particular formulations differ significantly. It may take some trial and error to choose between Jeuveau and Botox. Some people react to one more favorably than the other.
If you’re new to botulinum toxin injections and need a more affordable starting point, Jeuveau might be a better choice.
Additionally, if you want to treat glabellar lines, it’s your best choice. These wrinkles and other forms of face lines are treated using Botox.
